All DVDs are shipped Priority Mail within 24 hours of purchase. This includes International orders.

Media Sales:

All Pay Per View purchases, eBooks, Special Online Web Archives (The Lunar Explorer Web Archive) are available immediately after purchase. All Media purchases are final and there are no refunds.

All sales are final on our Pay Per View films. We urge you to read the descriptions of each film before purchase. We have a return policy for DVDs that are received and that are defective. If the product is defective we will ship another at no cost to our customers. If you receive the product damaged due to shipping we will send a replacement, but you will have to pay for shipping.

There are no refunds on all Online Media Sales - PPV, eBooks, Special Online Web Archives.
